Shipping policy

I send all orders in the best possible way and well packaged so that no damage occurs during delivery.

I always recommend choosing a trackable option at checkout to ensure that the product arrives as it should.

The carrier itself says: "We deliver directly to the recipient's mailbox. If the consignment note does not fit in the mailbox, it is delivered to the door or in a bag on the mailbox. In the PostNord App, the recipient can follow the delivery all the way from pickup to delivery within Sweden. When the consignment note has been delivered to the door, it is photographed, and the image becomes available to the sender and recipient."

Should the carrier assess that the package cannot be delivered safely, the package will be taken to the nearest agent and you will receive further information from the carrier.

Should the package disappear during delivery, you as a customer have the right to get your money back. If the product is still in stock, there is the option of having a new one sent to you free of charge.

I do not take responsibility for packages that are lost after PostNord has delivered.
