Delivery
Shipped with Postnord varubrev, trackable delivery directly to your door (see more detailed information under the shipping policy). Delivery time is estimated to be 2-4 business days in Sweden. We also offer delivery to Norway, Denmark, Finland, and Great Britain. More information about shipping and prices can be found directly at checkout depending on the size of the order.
Payment
We offer several different payment options to make the purchase as easy and smooth as possible.
Klarna Checkout
Via Klarna Checkout, you can easily choose the payment method that suits you best.
Possible payment options via Klarna may include:
- invoice
- installment payment
- card payment
- direct bank transfer
A common standard with Klarna is invoice with 14 days payment time at no extra cost.
When you use Klarna, the purchase is separated from the payment itself. You first confirm your order and then choose how you want to pay.

Via the service My Klarna you can, among other things:
- see the status of your purchases
- download invoices
- receive payment reminders
- extend the payment period
- contact Klarna's customer service
For payment via invoice or installment payment, Klarna may carry out a credit check.
Swish
We also offer payment via Swish. Payment is made directly in connection with the purchase, and the order is processed after the payment has been registered.
Right of withdrawal, returns and complaints
According to the Distance Contracts Act, you as a customer have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you received your order. If you wish to cancel your purchase, you must contact us within this period via rebeckasatelje@gmail.com and state your name, address, email address, order number, and which item the return applies to.
After you have notified us, the product must be returned within 14 days. The customer is responsible for the return shipping, and the item must be sent well packaged, preferably in its original packaging. If the product has been used more than necessary to check its properties, a deduction may be made from the refund corresponding to the product's decrease in value.
Returns are sent as a letter or package and not cash on delivery. For returns due to a defective item or wrong pick, we will cover the return shipping.
If you do not pick up your package and it is sent back to us, a fee of SEK 150 will be charged to cover shipping and handling costs.
If an item is damaged or faulty, you have the right to complain about it according to current consumer protection legislation. Contact us via email with the order number and a description of the fault (preferably with a picture) before the item is returned. In the event of an approved complaint, we will replace the item or refund the purchase and cover the return shipping.
Once we have received and approved a return, a refund will be made as soon as possible, no later than 30 days, via the same payment method used for the purchase unless otherwise agreed.
