Right of withdrawal
When you shop with us, your purchase is covered by a 14-day right of withdrawal according to the Distance Contracts Act. The withdrawal period begins to apply from the day you receive your order.
If you want to cancel your purchase
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you need to contact us within 14 days after you have received the goods. The message is sent by email to; kontakt@rebeckasatelje.se
Your message must include the following information:
Your name
Your address
Your email address
Order number
Which product(s) you want to return
Once you have notified us, the product must be sent back to us within 14 days at the latest.
Terms of return
The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Goods must be returned well packaged to avoid damage in transit.
If possible, the original packaging should be used.
If an item has been used or handled more than is necessary to check its function and properties, a deduction may be made from the refund corresponding to the decrease in value of the item.
Uncollected shipments
If a package is not collected and sent back to us, a fee of SEK 150 will be charged to cover shipping and handling costs.
Returns
For regular returns, the customer pays the return shipping themselves. Exceptions apply if the product is defective or if we have sent the wrong item.
Returns should be sent as a letter or package and not cash on delivery. Make sure that the item is properly packaged to minimize the risk of damage during transport.
Complaints
All products are checked before they are sent from us. Should you nevertheless receive a damaged or faulty item, you have the right to complain about it according to applicable consumer protection legislation.

How to make a complaint
Send an email to kontakt@rebeckasatelje.se and include:
name
address
email address
order number
description of the error (preferably with a picture)
A complaint should be made as soon as the error is discovered.
If we cannot replace the item or fix the error, we will refund the cost of the product in question. If the complaint is approved, we will also cover the return shipping.
Refund
Once we have received and approved your return, the refund will be made as soon as possible, but no later than within 30 days.
The refund will be made via the same payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
